B.Tech Introduction

B.Tech is an undergraduate program, and the total duration of the course is four years. B.Tech Eligibility

The eligibility to pursue B.Tech is given below –

  • The student should have completed 10+2 from a recognized board.
  • The student should have a minimum of 60% to pursue B.Tech.
  • The student should have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 10+2.
  • Only B.Tech Biotechnology requires the students to have Biology in 10+2.
  • Most colleges offer admission based on entrance tests like JEE, so the student needs to clear the entrance test to get into a college. Some colleges, like the Vellore Institute of Technology, conduct separate exams for students.
